Covid-19 Update

As a Chambers we are currently following the advice supplied by Public Health England in addition to the Central Government. We are also closely monitoring the guidance given from HMCTS, The BSB, The Bar Council and the North Eastern Circuit.

We are currently operating on a paperless basis, in anticipation that efficient use of the DX system may become compromised. We request that clients send all new instructions via e-mail.

We would encourage all clients to make use of electronic bundles, and we are prepared and able to make use of telephone / video conferencing on whatever platform HMCTS advises should the need arise.

Our telephone and e-mail channels remain open as normal.
